      Why This is Important

      Once you’ve defined the Intention of your campaign, the next step is to give that intention meaningful performance boundaries—your KPI Zones.

      These zones define what success (or failure) looks like for your campaigns, so that Wicked Reports' AI can analyze performance and give you clear, daily recommendations on whether to SCALE, KILL, or CHILL a campaign—without you having to dig into the numbers manually.

      Here’s Why This Is a Game-Changer:

      • Custom Analysis for Each Channel: Not every platform performs the same. A healthy ROAS on Facebook might not cut it on Google. By allowing you to set different KPI zones for each channel, you ensure that each campaign is judged by the standards that make sense for that platform.

      • Strategic Control: You get to define what great, good enough, or not worth it looks like—based on your business goals, not someone else’s benchmark.

      • Better AI Recommendations: Our AI uses your KPI zones to interpret campaign performance in, surfacing daily insights tailored to your strategy. This isn't generic automation—it’s your strategy, made smarter.

      • Faster Decisions: With KPI Zones in place, you don’t need to constantly evaluate charts or debate performance. You’ll know at a glance whether to scale up, pause, or monitor a campaign.

      Example:

      Say you’re running campaigns with the Intention to Drive Cold Traffic that Later Converts. You might decide:

      • On Facebook, a First Click ROAS under 2.0 means KILL, 2.0–4.0 means CHILL, and over 4.0 means SCALE.

      • But on Google, you might need tighter thresholds—KILL under 3.0, CHILL between 3.0–4.0, and SCALE over 4.0.

      Wicked Reports will honor these zones during analysis—so your performance feedback is always accurate, contextual, and aligned with your strategy.

      How to Set Intention Metric Zones

      1. Navigate to Reports -> 5 Forces Analysis 
      2. Click the "Intention Settings" option
      3. For each Intention that has been assigned to a campaign, expand the Intention
      4. Enter a Chill Zone From and To
        1. This should be based on an acceptable range for the specified Intentio metric of the Intention
      5. If you have different goal for each channel, select the option to "Customize Zones for Specific Channel" and enter the Chill zone for that channel.
      6. Repeat for all Assigned Intentions and click "Save"
