Can I Put a "Hold" or Pause on My Wicked Reports Account or Do I Have To Cancel?

We now offer the option to Pause your account if you'd like us to hold your data.
We will suspend billing on your Wicked Reports subscription and instead charge a $29/mo auto-renewing subscription fee to hold your data until you decide to return. During this time we will not pull new data from your authorized data sources, we will not perform daily processing, we will not collect new tracking information, and you will not be able to access your reports. But we will indefinitely store you existing data and reporting until you decide to return.
If you prefer to cancel your account, you will have access to your reporting and we will continue to process your reports daily until the end of your current subscription. At that point, you will no longer be charged, you will no longer have access to your reporting or data, and it will be removed from our system according to our space requirements at the time as defined by our tech team.

  1. How long will my data remain in Wicked after cancellation?
    We will hold your data for 45 days, should you choose to come back. On day 45, it will be automatically deleted.
