Can I Pause My Wicked Reports Account Instead of Canceling?

Understand how pausing differs from canceling, including billing, account access, and data retention.

Yes. You may pause your account for $29 per month if you want Wicked Reports to retain your existing data until you are ready to return.

While your account is paused:

  • We will not import new data from your connected sources.
  • We will not process reports or collect new tracking information.
  • You will not have access to your reports.
  • Your existing data and reports will be stored while the pause subscription remains active.
  • The $29 monthly pause fee will automatically renew until you cancel the pause.

If you choose to cancel

All Plans require written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription period or commitment term.

Canceling a fixed 6- or 12-month commitment does not remove your obligation to pay the remaining committed fees. Prepaid fees and partial or unused subscription periods are nonrefundable.

You will continue to have access through the end of your applicable subscription period or commitment term. After your account closes, your data will be retained for 45 days and then deleted.
