How do I know if data processing is complete?

The Data Processing Status lets you know if your processing is In Progress or Complete

  1. Log in to your Wicked account 

  2. In the top-right of the Mission Control dashboard, you’ll see a Last Update status.

  3. If your data is still processing, then the status will read, “Processing in progress right now”. Otherwise, your data has been processed and is ready to analyze!

Data processing is expected to be complete by 8 am Eastern Time every day.

If it is past 8 am Eastern Time and your data is still processing, please check for Authorizations Errors (Help: How to check for Authorization Errors). If no authorization errors are found, then contact Live Chat or email to find out why your data is still processing.
