With this guide, you'll have all the information you need to efficiently manage and update your billing details in Wicked Reports.
Managing your billing information in Wicked Reports is straightforward, but it does require Admin Level Access. If you are not an Admin Level user, you’ll need to coordinate with someone in your organization who has the necessary permissions.

- Log in to your Wicked Reports account
- Hover over your Avatar, then select Update Billing Info
- Click Send to finish logging in to your Billing Portal.
Your Billing Portal automatically populates with your account's Billing Email Address when you click "Update Billing Info. If you have trouble logging into your Billing Portal, please contact Customer Support. - Select the Pencil below next to your Current Plan
- Select the Add Payment Method option
- Fill in your billing information, then select Update
Steps To Update Your Primary Billing Email
- Contact Customer Support
- Request a Primary Billing Email Change
- Provide your current Primary Billing Email and the requested Primary Billing Email.
- Wait 1-3 business days for confirmation on the update
Steps To Update Your Primary Billing Address
- Log in to your Wicked Reports account
- Hover over your Avatar, then select Update my Billing Info
- Click Send to finish logging in to your Billing Portal.
Your Billing Portal automatically populates with your account's Billing Email Address when you click "Update Billing Info. If you have trouble logging into your Billing Portal, please contact Customer Support. - Select Update Information

- What should I do if I see the "Credit Card Expiring Soon, Click Here to Update" warning?
If you see this error, please remove the expired card from your billing account. The error should then disappear within 24 hours. - Why can't I access the Billing Information Page?
If your account has the user-permission access level, then you will not be able to access the Billing Information Page, Authorization Page, or Manage User page.
