Why You Need This
Wicked Coach was created to save you time and make media buying a more pleasant experience by alerting you to needed media buying actions and general business insights.
By setting up your own automation rules, you can save time by no longer needing to weed through all your Wicked Reports data to determine what you need to do each week to optimize your ad spend.
You simply tell us the rules by which you make media buying decisions and we'll tell you which Campaigns, Ad Sets, etc. meet your criteria for Increasing Spend, Decreasing Spend, Turning Off or whatever action you'd like to be notified of.
You will start receiving regular emails containing suggested actions that align with the rules you have established. Additionally, if you have set up Slack using the steps below, these actions will also be pushed into your Slack channel.
Along with these helpful media buying actions, general business insights will also be provided on a weekly and monthly basis to give helpful bits of information about the business.

Request an Automation Rule
An Automation is an automated notification that a rule has been triggered. Wicked Reports will not automatically make media buying updates for you.
By filling out the form on the Automations screen, our team will be notified to create a rule for you. Within a few days, your rule will be created and you bill begin to recieve weekly emails that include any campaigns, ad sets, etc, that meet the rule you have defined.
You will provide upper and lower limit targets as well as what the necssary action is, based on the data.
Example: Let's say you set up a rule that:
When I have a Facebook Campaign where in the last 7 days has a ROAS < 1, tell me to "Decrease Budget"
Each week, when we run the rules you've set and if we find a campaign where in the last 7 days, the ROAS is below 1, you'll receive a notification to decrease the budget on that campagin.
With a simple request, we change change the frequency of your notifications. You are able to receive daily recommendations or weekly recommendations on any combination of days you'd like.
