What do I need in my Amazon Screenshot?

This document is for Wicked Reports users who need to validate their Amazon Cost and/or Revenue data in Wicked Reports.

Introduction

If you're experiencing a discrepancy between your Amazon Cost/Spend or Revenue data and what's reported in Wicked Reports, we will need screenshots to verify the expected values. This guide outlines exactly what to include in your screenshots to ensure we can investigate efficiently.

Follow the steps below to capture and provide the necessary details for Amazon Costs and/or Revenue validation.

What do I need in my Amazon Cost Screenshot?

To troubleshoot an Amazon Cost/Spend discrepancy,  we will need a screenshot of your expected Total Costs. 

How to:

  1. Login to Amazon Ads
  2. Navigate to your Campaign Manager
  3. Take a screenshot of your Campaign Summary
    1. Make sure to show the Account ID/Name and Country
    2. Make sure to use and show the requested Date Range
    3. Make sure to show the Total Cost/Spend.

What do I need in my Amazon Revenue Validation Screenshot?

To troubleshoot an Amazon Revenue discrepancy,  we will need a screenshot of your expected Total Revenue. 

Optionally, for a more robust Revenue Validation investigation, please provide us with a CSV of your daily revenue breakdown. It should have the following columns, Date and Total Revenue, showing a daily break down.

How to:

  1. Login to Amazon Seller Central
  2. Navigate to your Business Report 
  3. Take a screenshot of your Sales Dashboard
    1. Make sure to show the Account ID/Name and Country
    2. Make sure to use and show the requested Date Range
    3. Make sure to show the Total Revenue.
