Introduction
This doc will walk you through how to verify the number of contacts in your Wicked Reports account. This is especially useful for users who would like to cross-compare the number of contacts they have compared to their CRM, or for users who would like to know their number of contacts for billing-related purposes. Let's quickly run through the steps
Steps to Finding The Number of Your Account Contacts
- Login to your Wicked Account.
- Navigate to the Customer LTV page.
- Select the CONTACT / UTM SEARCH Tab.
- In your filters, choose Any Click & select a Custom Date Range.
Tip: For the date, try using the first contact creation date in your CRM or a really old date range. - Press the green Filter button.
- To find your Total Number of Contacts, scroll down to the bottom right of the grid.
