How to integrate Konnektive with Wicked Reports for Lead and Order attribution, and Email Tracking.

The quick process for integrating Konnektive and Wicked Reports.

Integrating Konnektive to Wicked Reports sends your new leads from Konnektive to Wicked Reports.  This allows Wicked Reports to track and attribute these new leads to the marketing spend and customer lifetime value from your ad platforms and revenue sources.

What does this mean for you?

  • Konnektive leads get retrieved each day by Wicked Reports and attributed against clicks and sales.
  • After manual UTM tagging of your emails is complete, Konnektive can attribute sales back to your individual emails when credit is deserved.
  • Wicked can generate Cohort Analysis reporting between your Konnektive leads and your shopping cart & order system revenue.
  • If you are also using Konnektive as your shopping cart / order system, we can also pull your sales and order revenue each day for attribution.

Integration Steps for Konnektive 

Konnektive CRM has provided an API-base integration that pushes data from Konnektive into Wicked Reports.
To enable this integration, you will provide your Wicked Reports API Key to Konnektive.
To get your Wicked Reports API Key:
1. Log into your Wicked Reports account and go to Setup -> Authorizations

2. Under CRM, click Enable API

3. Click Yes, Proceed

4. Copy and paste the provided API key for use in Konnektive
5. Follow the same process for the Order authorization.
Note: The API key will be the same, but you need to Enable both individually.

What Happens Next

Wicked Reports will pull all historical lead data from Konnektive to seed your account attribution.  This allows us to correctly identify these leads as already existing leads in the event they click,optin, or otherwise engage with your marketing funnels.  We can then attribute revenue to their actions using the correct attribution models.

Each morning at about 2am EST we will pull the previous day's new leads and attribute the marketing responsible for creating these new leads.  Anytime in the future when these new leads buy, we can attribute the revenue back to the marketing that created the lead and update the ROI accordingly.

Once you have authorized your order systems, we will pull sales & revenue data and then create cohort reporting between your Konnektive lead data and your order revenue data.

Wicked Reports auto-detects new lead and re-engaged lead conversion points with this integration.  We track these conversions back to marketing clicks and spend, and attribute the future sales and revenue from your shopping cart and order systems using various attribution models.

Note on Konnektive Email Tracking
