Many times, when you are not seeing the data you expect to see in your reporting, the reason is very simple. One of the first things you want to confirm is that you have authorized the correct Facebook Ad Account. You will do this by following these steps:
1) Go to Authorizations inside Wicked Reports
2) See what Facebook Ad Account(s) you have authorized inside Wicked Reports. Here, we've ONLY Authorized the Wicked Reports Ad Account, but you may have more authorized.
3) Open your Facebook Ads Manager or Power Editor for the Account you are running your Ads from and make sure the correct account name has been authorized inside Wicked Reports
4) If they do NOT match, you will want to disconnect your Facebook authorization inside Wicked Reports and authorize the correct account
